- Strict deadline - school was shut down because of asbestos and the opening date is 15th December, after refurbishment

- Had to meet six week deadline to enable refurbishers to complete their work

- National Westminster Bank - Kilburn
- For Sir Alfred McAlpine
- Removal of walls and ceilings classed as sprayed coating insulation
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, while the bank was live and trading
- Works duration 12 weeks, and is due for completed early, in December 2007
- Challenges:
- Running operation without interfering with banks day-to-day trading
- Segregation of works from the general public, including closing a road and erection of hoarding
- Foreign & Commonwealth Office - Hanslope Park
- Removal of asbestos to roof voids within the worldwide communication IT department of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office
- Work over 22 weekends
- Challenges:
- Working in 2 day (weekend) stages and ensuring staff could return to work each Monday
- CTC clearance of all operatives
- Protection of sensitive government IT equipment
